Shipping & Returns Policy

We at Malihaistic aim to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers. You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligible Return Reasons:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, you may request a return or replacement. A video recording while unboxing the parcel is required to validate such claims.
• Wrong Item Received: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
• Change of Mind: Although not encouraged, returns due to change of mind may be accepted at our discretion, if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition. Please contact our Customer Service to request a return in such cases.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, sealed, and returned with original tags, stickers, and packaging.
• Returns without original packaging or that show signs of use will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is safely packed.
• A video recording of unboxing is required for any claims related to damage or missing items.

Refund & Replacement:

• We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, approved returns will be eligible for:
• Store credit, or
• Replacement of the same product (same shade, type, etc.).
• Refunds (as store credit) or replacements are issued after our Quality Assurance team evaluates the returned item.

Shipping Policy:

• Delivery Time: Our delivery time nationwide is 3–5 working days or earlier after the order is confirmed. This may vary due to weather or safety conditions.
• Order Tracking: Once dispatched, customers receive an SMS with tracking details and can track the order on the courier’s portal after 24 hours.
• Riders will contact customers upon delivery, so please be available on the number provided during checkout.

• Shipping Charges: Rs.199 nationwide. Free delivery on orders of Rs.3000 or more. Special free delivery or gift offers may be available during promotions.
